Refunds and exchanges

We understand sometimes, it’s just not the right fit for you or you are just not happy with your garment, so we will happily exchange within 30 days. Refunds are only available on faulty garments.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to health and safety laws we can not refund or exchange swimwear that has been worn. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and any boxes.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, downloadable software products, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Exchanges and refunds are also unavailable for free promotional items or prizes.


If your products have arrived damaged or defective or if we have accidentally shipped you the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of your return postage and a refund will happily be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

**Issues with the garments that would be considered acceptable returns or exchanges are as follows: tears along the seams that are obviously a production issue from our factories, inconsistent or broken logos, faulty pockets or stitching around zippers/fastenings.
